Returns & Exchanges

If an item or product does not meet your needs, please contact me with the reason for the return and we can start the process.  Returns are accepted within 20 days of receiving your order. 

No refunds or returns on Puppy Pack orders, or dog treats.

Clothing must be in the same condition as received; unworn, unwashed and with tags (if applicable).  Clothing with stains (deodorant, food or otherwise) will be denied a refund for the return.

Home décor items must be in the same condition as received for a full refund.

Clearance and sale items are not eligible for returns.
